DESCRIPTION
Nippon Epoxy Marine Paint specially formulated using high quality epoxy resin and it has excellent adhesion, abrasion resistance and resistance to corrosion by salty water and most of the chemicals. It can use as a finish coat for iron & steel structures specially in highly corrosive environments.

USES
- Suitable over most surfaces including iron & metal and concrete. Uses include steel structures, gutters, fences, wrought iron, machinery, trailers etc. It is ideal for Marine, Industrial, and
architectural applications.

TECHNICAL DATA
- THEORETICAL COVERAGE – 110 – 130 Sq.ft /liter (10 – 12 Sq.m/liter) at wet film thickness 45 – 65
micron (30 micron DFT). This will depend on the surface texture. - DRYING TIME – Touch drying 1 – 2 Hours at 30 oC
Hard dry 24 Hours at 30 oC
Over coat 8 Hours at 30 oC - APPLICATION DETAILS -The paint (Base) and the hardener are provided in two separate containers. The two should be mixed to harmonious blend before mix. Pour hardener into resin. Mix for about three (3) to five (5) minutes using a propeller-type mixer (or equivalent) until a uniform color is achieved. Avoid excessive thinning. Provide adequate ventilation.
