It is commonly used in the construction industry over functional coatings or as sealer for concrete. The key benefits of these two-component waterborne (2K WB) systems are that they are anti fungal, odorless, washable, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, hot tire resistance, low VOC & weather resistance. It is available with varying degrees of gloss on request. In addition, the performance properties are equal to those of traditional two component solvent borne system.
Application: Add Base to hardener ratio 5:1 by weight & mix well. Once mix, Lankem W/B Kemikote PU Floor Paint has a pot life of 4-5 hours only. If it hardens cannot be used thereafter. Apply by brush, roller or spray to an even thickness (a fine, soft long filament bristle brush gives best results). Spray -Dilute 20% by weight with Water. Brush or Roller – Dilute 10% by weight with Water if requires.
COATING SYSTEM:
- Apply one coat of Kemikote Primer and two coats of 2K W/B Kemikote over cement and concrete floors.
- Apply one coat of Aqua Block and two coats of 2K W/B Kemikote over cement and concrete walls..
