Flex 100 Waterproofing (1 Pack Solution)

Flex 100 is a supreme quality co – polymer modified water based non-toxic emulsion which is specially formulated to be used as a water-proofing layer.

• Very good resistance to water and fungi growth.
• It dries to a flexible coating with high elasticity and elongation.

USES FOR:

Bathrooms, Kitchens, Concrete structures, Blind walls and interior walls where water contact is high and as a Damp proofing layer for new foundations.

Product Preparation – Ready for use. Stir well before use.

First Coat – Apply the first coat to build up a coating thickness of 1-2mm (Horizontal movement)

Second Coat – Apply the 2 coat in a perpendicularly to build up a coating thickness of 1-2mm (vertical movement)

Coverage – 60 -70 sqft

Recommendations – Recommended for concrete laying, rendering or tiling to prevent physical damage.

Paint can be applied over the waterproofing layer for external walls.
